NYACK STREET FAIR Nyack is the cultural heart of Rockland County and the home of our 30th year for this event. Nyack is located on the beautiful Hudson River. Over 35,000 people visit our show each year, which features over 360 exhibitors displaying Arts, Crafts, Photography, sculpture, business and commercial booths. Great food throughout the fair including outdoor restaurant dining. Families love the Kids Zone. It is located in the parking lot on Main Street. Bands will be playing in the Gazebo on Main Street. SUFFERN STREET FAIR Suffern was founded in 1796 and is nestled near the base of the Ramapo Mountains. Suffern sits at the crossroads between NY and NJ and is 35 miles north of NYC. It is renowned for its eclectic restaurants and quaint shops and is home to the historical Lafayette theater. The Suffern show has been running for 31 years and boasts 180 exhibitors and 13,000 – 15,000 visitors to our Street Fairs, which include Art, Crafts, Sculpture, Photography. Business and commercial exhibits. Great food, music, kid’s rides, including miniature golf, bumper cars and amusements draw even more crowds to this amazing fun filled event. CONGERS STREET FAIR This quaint valley cottage community consisting of Congers and Valley Cottage in the town of Clarkstown has a wonderful family and community spirit that has embraced and supported this exciting fun filled Congers Fall Street Fair with approximately 10,000 people visiting our 110 exhibitors for the last 15 years. We have beautiful arts and crafts, business booths and unique food throughout the fair. Adjacent to the fair in the park are kids rides and amusements, pumpkin painting, live music and a beer garden. PEARL RIVER 2022 marked the sesquicentennial official establishment of the Town of Pearl River. Pearl River is nicknamed “The Town of Friendly People” for good reason. It is a community that always looks out for one another and supports its fellow neighbors. Pearl River residents organize a multitude of community events throughout each year. The Pearl River Chamber of Commerce began an annual tradition of hosting a community fall festival “Pearl River Day” 16 years ago. It's a day for over 25,000 visitors both young and old to gather in the streets and enjoy over 200 exhibits including live music, great food, Arts, Crafts and many fun attractions.
